When I first started working out in the morning I noticed I wasn't lifting nearly as much as I would be in the evening, but due to my schedule it was the best time for me to lift.
All the supplements
I did research on how to make my morning workout more optimal. I bought amino acids, electrolytes and L-cituline and it helped. I then thought why is there no pre-workouts for early morning workouts? There were a few but with low doses of what I was needing. I also didn't want to keep spending so much money on all these supplements. And they're all loaded with caffeine which didn't work for me. I would rather have my daily cup of coffee than a pre workout.
The creation of morning pump
Instead of spending money on 3 different supplementsI decided to make all inclusive morning pre workout. I then added a few more elements to add to the already powerful formula. You can now get the most out of every set and still enjoy a cup of coffee.
